Application Range
⑴This instrument uses a distillation device to recover asphalt from asphalt mixtures. It extracts asphalt from asphalt pavement or asphalt mixtures using a solution, then removes the solvent from the extract, without altering the properties of the asphalt in the mixture during operation.
⑵The asphalt recovered from asphalt pavement or asphalt mixtures using this method can be used to evaluate the aging degree of asphalt in petroleum asphalt mixtures, analyze the causes of damage to asphalt pavement, and design the mixture ratio of recycled asphalt mixtures, etc. Various properties and chemical components of the recovered asphalt can be determined as needed.
Instrument Composition:
⑴Flat-bottomed flask, 500ml. Made of heat-resistant glass, ground joint, flat bottom.
⑵Oil bath.
⑶Condenser, straight type, water jacket 200mm long.
⑷Ventilation pipe.
⑸Thermometer 0----300℃
⑹Gas flow meter. 0----4000ml/min.
⑺Solvent recovery bottle, 500ml.
⑻CO2 gas storage cylinder. (Provided by the user)
