Product Description

This instrument is designed according to the requirements of T 0605-2011 "Asphalt Ductility Test" in JTG E20-2011 "Test Methods for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering", Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China, and is suitable for determining the length (in mm) at which petroleum asphalt stretches to fracture under specified conditions and temperature at a certain speed, according to the methods specified in GB/T 4508-2010 or T 0605-2011.

Main Technical Features

1. Adopts an automated design concept. The test tank is completely free of screws, guides, and other devices, making sample installation extremely convenient. Maximum stretching length: 1.5 meters.

2. The constant temperature water bath uses a 304 stainless steel double-layer design, with a circulating water bath and a static water bath. The static water bath temperature is uniform and without flow.
3. Servo motor drive design, the entire stretching process is smooth and synchronized, the speed is uniform, there is absolutely no jitter, and the ductility display is accurate.
4. After stretching, the stretcher can quickly and automatically return and accurately locate.
5. Uses a 7-inch LCD screen display. High-precision LCD temperature control instrument displays accuracy of 0.01℃, temperature control accuracy of 0.1℃, touch key control, waterproof, durable, and easy to clean.
