1 Overview and Features

Our company's "Intelligent Closed-Cup Flash Point Tester (Upgraded Version)" (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is designed based on the "National Standard of the People's Republic of China - Determination of Flash Point, Pensky - Martens Closed Cup Method -GB/T 261-20 21 and ASTM D93 ISO22719-2002 and other relevant regulations. It utilizes microprocessor control technology combined with a true color touch LCD display system. This instrument is used to determine the flash point of liquid samples. Additional standard testing procedures have been added for different users (e.g., users who need to perform American standard testing can use this method, but this device cannot automatically perform low-temperature flash point testing. ASTM D93 Bilingual (Chinese and English) menus, true color GUI touch screen interface design, intuitive display, simple operation (under certain conditions, it is possible to quickly familiarize oneself with the operation process without referring to the manual), reasonable instrument structure, fast testing speed, wide testing range, good repeatability and accuracy, etc. The testing process of this instrument is fully automatic. The parameters involved, such as temperature and time, are displayed on the LCD screen. On this LCD screen, the user will also see the instrument's operating status and relevant operation prompts. You only need to preset the expected flash point or starting temperature of the substance to be tested, and the instrument will heat up at the specified rate, sequentially performing ignition, flash point detection, lifting of the detection device, air cooling, and printing of the results. This eliminates the complex manual operation process of the past; it also has automatic atmospheric pressure detection and manual input functions. When the automatic detection status is valid, the manual input is invalid, and vice versa. The instrument will automatically correct the test results according to changes in atmospheric pressure. This instrument has powerful data processing capabilities: it can store previous 100 analysis results to facilitate your query and printing of historical records. It can also memorize the preset parameters before each shutdown. The instrument has a built-in perpetual calendar that displays the year, month, day, hour, minute, and second. Instrument Structure

The instrument is a single-unit design with a beautiful appearance, compact structure, light weight, and small size. It features a large-scale control core, equipped with power supply, interface, clock, drive, LCD display system, and other functional circuits, as well as heating furnace, lid opening mechanism, detection mechanism, gas source control valve, and lifting mechanism, etc., to complete the automatic control of the entire inspection process. It is a special equipment for testing the closed-cup flash point of various oils in laboratories and testing rooms.
