Product Description
Introduction
The LHLB-0627 Asphalt Bending Beam Rheometer is developed by Beijing Lanhang Zhongke Measurement and Control Technology Research Institute based on the requirements of "Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Regulations JTG E20-2011", "AASHTO T314-07 Bending Beam Rheometer (BBR) Determination of Asphalt Bending Creep Stiffness Test Method", and "Highway Asphalt Pavement Design Code JTGD50-2017". It utilizes microcomputer automatic control technology, high-precision sensor technology, refrigeration technology, and electrical servo technology. It primarily uses direct tensile testing to determine the failure strain and failure stress of asphalt binder. This method can be used for unaged or aged materials using T240 (RTFOT) and R28 (PAV). The temperature range of the instrument used for the test is +6~-36℃. This test method is limited to asphalt binders with particles smaller than 250μm. The instrument has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, and the microcomputer performs fully automatic testing of the entire process.
Functions and Features
1. Windows-based software, fully automatic operation, requiring virtually no operator intervention. It is specifically designed for low-temperature thermal performance testing of asphalt binders and can control and record all necessary parameters. During the test, the test data is simultaneously displayed on the computer screen and stored on the hard drive. Data can be easily exported to other application software, such as Microsoft Excel.
2. Data acquisition and closed-loop control both use a 24-bit digital processor, ensuring accuracy and sensitivity.
3. Uses high-precision imported regulating valves, with fully digital high-precision control.
4. Uses a high-precision laser displacement sensor to independently monitor displacement deformation.
5. The test tank cooling and constant temperature control uses an external circulation structure to reduce the vibration caused by the compressor on the equipment, thus reducing errors in sensor readings.
