Product Description
This instrument is designed in accordance with the requirements of T 0605-2011 "Asphalt Ductility Test" in JTG E20-2011 "Test Methods for Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures", Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China, and is suitable for determining the length (in mm) at which petroleum asphalt stretches to fracture under specified conditions and temperature at a certain speed, according to the methods specified in GB/T 4508-2010 or T 0605-2011.
Main Technical Features
- 1. Adopts an automated design concept. The test tank is completely free of screw rods, guides, and other devices, making sample installation extremely convenient. Maximum stretching length: 1.5 meters.
- 2. The water tank uses a double-layer 304 stainless steel design, with a circulating water tank and a static water tank. The static water tank maintains a uniform temperature without flow.
- 3. Servo motor ball screw transmission design ensures a smooth and synchronized stretching process with uniform speed, eliminating jitter and ensuring accurate ductility display.
- 4. After stretching, the stretcher can quickly and automatically return to its accurate position.
- 5. Uses a 4.3-inch touch screen as the human-machine interface, which can simultaneously display more test information ，High-precision LCD display temperature control instrument with a temperature control accuracy of 0.1℃,
- 6. Adopts dual control via touchscreen and buttons for convenient operation during work.
