I. Purpose and Scope
This method is applicable to the determination of kinematic viscosity of viscous petroleum asphalt using a vacuum reduced-pressure capillary viscometer. Unless otherwise specified, the test temperature is 60℃, and the vacuum degree is -40kPa. It conforms to the Ministry of Transport JTG E20-2011 T0719-2011 standard.
