LHBM-82 Asphalt Film Oven
I. Uses
The 82-type oven is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of JTG E20-2011. It is suitable for determining the mass loss of road petroleum asphalt film after heating and, as needed, determining the changes in the penetration, softening point, brittle point, and ductility of the asphalt residue after heating to evaluate the asphalt's aging resistance.
II. Structure
1. The outer body is made of thin steel plate. The upper half is an all-stainless steel working chamber with double doors and a central glass window. An interior light is installed, allowing convenient reading of the thermometer inside from outside during the test.
2. The heating device is installed at the bottom of the working chamber and uses natural air convection for heating. The working chamber is heated evenly through the upper, lower, and rear air ducts.
3. A turntable capable of holding four asphalt sample dishes is installed in the center of the working chamber. It is motor-driven and rotates at 5.5 revolutions per minute.
4. Temperature control uses an intelligent instrument to ensure that the test procedure requirements of 163℃±0.5℃ are met.
