This instrument is suitable for determining and evaluating the interlayer bonding strength between surface treatments, sealants, adhesive layers, penetrating layers, waterproof layers, and asphalt layers, cement concrete layers, and bridge decks, which are two different materials. It can also determine the bonding strength of structure layer-adhesive layer-structure layer, used for indoor testing of interlayer bonding material tensile test.

Instrument Structure and Features

The main unit consists of a loading system, a data acquisition system, and tensile accessories. The instrument can provide a uniform upward tensile force. The tensile rate can be arbitrarily set from 1mm/min to 100mm/min. (Factory setting 10mm/min)
