Instructions for Use

1. Before the test run, check whether the circuit is intact. Press the start button to check if the drum rotates normally (in the direction of the arrow on the drum. If the rotation direction is reversed, change the two hot wires in the 380V input). At the same time, reset the LED display, then set the preset DIP switch to the number of tests, and press the start button to start working. In case of special circumstances, press the "pause" button, the machine stops working. After troubleshooting, press the "pause" button again, and the machine resumes operation.

2. Load the test aggregate and steel balls into the drum, seal the cover tightly, tighten the screws, and start the instrument. After 500 rotations, it will stop automatically. At this time, the discharge port is in the upper middle position, making it easy to open the sealing cover. After opening the cover, press the momentary button to turn the discharge port downwards, release the button, stop the drum, and remove the test piece.

3. Use a 2 mm diameter round hole sieve or a 1.7 mm side length square hole sieve to sieve out the stone chips from the sample, rinse the aggregate remaining on the sieve with water, dry it to a constant weight, and accurately weigh it.
