Product Description
This instrument is designed according to the requirements of T0605-2011 Asphalt Ductility Test in the "Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Procedures" (TGE20-2011), a standard of the People's Republic of China. It is suitable for determining the length (in mm) at which petroleum asphalt stretches to rupture under specified conditions and temperature at a certain speed, as per the methods specified in GB/T4508-2010 or T0605-2011.
Suitable for measuring the ductility of various specifications of asphalt, residue after distillation of liquid asphalt, and evaporation residue of asphalt emulsion. It can automatically control temperature, has a stepless speed regulating device, and can perform tests on three samples simultaneously. Various tensile speeds can be selected, widely used in production, road construction, and research departments, and especially suitable for testing modified asphalt.
Main Technical Features
1. With an automated design concept, the test tank is completely free of screw rods, guide rails, and other devices. Sample installation is extremely convenient, with a maximum stretching length of 1.5 meters.
2. The constant temperature water bath adopts a 304 stainless steel double-layer design, with a circulating water tank and a static water tank. The water temperature in the static water tank is uniform and non-flowing.
3. Servo motor drive design, the tensile process is smooth and synchronous, the speed is uniform, there is no jitter, and the ductility display is accurate.
4. After the stretching is completed, the stretcher can quickly return automatically and accurately locate.
5. It adopts a 10.1-inch LCD touch screen display, a high-precision LCD temperature control instrument with a display accuracy of 0.01℃ and a temperature control accuracy of 0.1℃. It features touch key control, is waterproof and durable, and is easy to clean.
6. Three-channel force measurement function. Real-time display of tensile force.
