    LHRH-0610D The automatic asphalt softening point tester is designed according to the standards of the People's Republic of China. GB/T 4507 "Asphalt Softening Point Determination Method (Ring-and-Ball Method)," National Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JTG 3410-2025 According to the "Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Testing in Highway Engineering," T 0606-2025 Designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in "Asphalt Softening Point Test (Ring-and-Ball Method)," this equipment is suitable for determining the softening point of road petroleum asphalt and polymer-modified asphalt. It can also be used to measure the softening point of liquid petroleum asphalt, coal tar pitch distillation residues, or emulsified asphalt evaporation residues, while additionally accommodating the determination of the softening point for certain resin-based materials.

    Trial options are available 5 ~ 90 °C, 35 ~ +160 Glycerol experiment at ℃;

    Featuring microcomputer control, automatic stirring, and linear heating with a consistent temperature rise rate. 5 °C /min Standard requirements;

    Automatically detecting asphalt softening using laser beam sensors 25.4mm Asphalt softening point value. The test results are automatically displayed and printed after the experiment is completed.

    Automatically records the heating rate, and the minute-by-minute heating data can be retrieved using the query function.

    Adopt 4.3 1-inch LCD touch screen, with a Chinese-English bilingual operating system.

    The beaker is made of high-temperature-resistant glass, and the specifications and dimensions of components such as the steel ball positioning ring and the steel balls themselves meet standard requirements.

    Heating method: The microcrystalline ceramic bottom heating system complies with the new standard.
