Quality
Party B shall provide a one-year quality guarantee period from the date when the product is installed and debugged. During the quality warranty period, Party B is responsible for providing free repairs and maintenance, and free replacement of faulty accessories (except for human factors). In addition to the warranty period, Party A enjoys the life-long service of Party B. Party B only charges the maintenance cost of equipment or related software failure (including equipment maintenance cost and travel expenses), and provides free software upgrade service.
Training
After the products have been debugged and qualified, Party B shall assign skilled technical engineers to be responsible for training Party A's operators in daily operation, maintenance and safety knowledge, so as to enable Party A's operators to master the operating specifications of their products faster and better, and ensure that Party A's operators can operate and maintain independently and safely.
After-sales service
When Party B receives Party A's inquiry about operation problems and machine (or software) failures, Party B must ensure that Party B can provide guidance and solve the problems by telephone within four hours. If Party A's operators encounter problems that cannot be handled, Party B shall send relevant technical personnel to the site for guidance and maintenance within one week to solve the problems.
