The main components and working principle of the coarse aggregate flow time measuring instrument

The aggregate flow time measuring instrument mainly consists of a test bench, a mold (conical funnel), a vibration device (equipped with some models), a standard wrench, and a timer. Its working principle is to place the already mixed fine aggregate into the test mold, and then use the vibration device (if equipped) to compact the fine aggregate, pull out the plug of the mold, allowing the fine aggregate to flow under specified conditions. By measuring the time it takes for the fine aggregate to fall from the plug to reach the specified mark height (or completely pass through the funnel), the flow time of the fine aggregate is determined.
