  • This instrument is suitable for determining and evaluating the interlayer bonding strength between surface treatments, sealing layers, adhesive layers, penetrating layers, waterproof layers, etc., and asphalt layers, cement concrete layers, bridge decks, and other two different materials. It can also determine the bonding strength of structure layer-adhesive layer-structure layer.

    Instrument Structure and Characteristics

    1. The host is composed of a loading system, a data acquisition system, a pulling frame, and pulling accessories. The instrument can provide a uniform upward pulling force, and the pulling speed can be arbitrarily set from 1 mm/min to 100 mm/min. (Factory setting 10 mm/min)

    2. The instrument is flexible and lightweight. The total weight of the machine is approximately 40 kg, making it convenient for on-site testing. Indoor testing has a ring-shaped testing plate to fix the specimen.

    3. Convenient power supply. For outdoor testing, the instrument only needs a 12V DC power supply to operate. It can be directly connected to a car power supply on-site, without the need for other power equipment. Indoor 220V power supply.

    4. High accuracy. The detection result accuracy range of this instrument is 0.01 KN.

    5. The pulling force is digitally displayed, peak values are saved, and test results are printed.
