LHBP-5 Continuous Eight-Wheel Planeness Tester (Eight Wheels)

The LHB P-5 pavement profiler is a new type of pavement profiler. It was developed by incorporating user feedback on the LHB P series pavement profilers, retaining the advantages of the original instrument. In terms of electronic technology, it adopts the most advanced microprocessing and large-scale integrated circuit technology in China, improving the overall integration, reducing many unnecessary connector connections in the original instrument, thereby increasing the reliability of the system's operation, making the performance of the entire machine system more stable. Internally, it uses a single CPU structure, responsible for display, printing, calculation, communication, and data acquisition functions; it uses an interrupt method to sample data, so continuous measurements can be performed without interruption. Distance is calculated automatically; when 1000 data points are stored in memory, with a sampling interval of 0.1 meters, it can continuously measure 25 kilometers.

  • Overview

    The LHB P-type road surface evenness instrument is a new type of road surface evenness instrument. It is developed based on the advantages of the LHB P series road surface evenness instrument and incorporates user feedback. In terms of electronics, it adopts the most advanced microprocessing and large-scale integrated circuit technology in China, improving the overall integration, reducing many unnecessary connector connections in the original instrument, thus increasing the reliability of the system operation, making the performance of the entire machine system more stable. It uses a single CPU structure, responsible for display, printing, calculation, communication, and data acquisition; it uses an interrupt method to sample data, so continuous measurement can be performed without interruption. It automatically calculates the distance; when 1000 points are stored in memory, the sampling interval is 0.1 meters, so it can continuously measure 25 kilometers.

    Main Technical Functions

    (1) Functions and Accuracy
    1. It can automatically measure, calculate, and print the mean square deviation. The sampling interval is 0.05 m and 0.1 m, the sampling error is 0.04 mm, and the statistical deviation of repeated tests under the same conditions is less than 0.2 mm.
    2. With manual data input, it can automatically print the test date (year, month, day) and the number of the section being tested (road number/mileage stake number, sampling, exceeding the limit). The summary serial number is automatically incremented each time it is printed.
    3. Automatically calculates and prints the cumulative value H (unit: mm) of the section being tested.
    4. Automatically detects, calculates, and prints the length value L (unit: m) of the section being tested, with an error of less than 1%.
    5. Automatically measures, calculates, and prints the number of positive and negative exceedances (K+, K-), and the exceedance standard can be selected according to the requirements of the road surface grade, limited to the range of 1-15 (mm).
    6. It can automatically measure, calculate, and print the test speed V (unit: km/h).
    (2) Traction Method and Detection Speed
    Manual or motorized vehicle traction, minimum turning radius 3 m, detection speed no more than 12 km/h, traction speed (25 km/h) when not detecting (frame shortened, measuring wheel lifted).
