    This system is developed based on the "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering JTG E20-2011" issued by the Ministry of Transport of China and the requirements of relevant research institutes. It adopts imported servo motor drive and control technology, electronic technology, computer data processing technology, and refrigeration technology. With various sensors and fixtures, the following tests can be performed:

    Uniaxial tensile strength and creep tests; uniaxial tensile stress relaxation tests; small beam bending strength tests; (freeze-thaw) splitting strength tests; triaxial shear tests; Marshall stability tests; uniaxial (prismatic and cylindrical) compressive strength and creep tests. Using other fixtures produced by our company, other vertical loading mechanical index tests can also be performed. The system uses an imported servo motor for loading and unloading (stepless speed regulation), and the test results are collected by sensors. The entire test process is automatically controlled by a microcomputer under Windows 7 or Windows XP. It is the first multifunctional asphalt mixture mechanical index testing equipment in China, and can be used for scientific research and production tests in research institutes (schools).
