    I. Overview

    This instrument is researched and produced by Lanhang Zhongke Measurement and Control Technology Research Institute according to relevant standards.

    The instrument's parameters comply with the latest standards. The California Bearing Ratio ( CBR ) testing instrument is used to conduct CBR tests on various soils and pavement base and sub-base materials after preparing specimens in a specified cylinder. This test should comply with JTG3430 - 2020 Highway Soil Engineering Test Procedures. The maximum aggregate size of the mixture should be controlled within 25mm and not exceed 40mm It uses a servo motor drive and a high-efficiency self-developed reducer (patented product) with a high-precision ball screw. It has a qualitative improvement over similar older models. Meets JTG3430-2020 “Highway Soil Engineering Test Procedures”, GB/T50123-2019 “Geotechnical Testing Method Standards” related tests.

    Computer Digital Display CBR Test Instrument Includes the main unit, force measuring device and related accessories, used for force measurement. At the same time, the main unit of this testing instrument only requires minor modifications and the addition of relevant accessories to complete various tests requiring the application of vertical loads.

    II. Technical Parameters

    • Loading speed: 0-50mm/min The rate can be arbitrarily set, and the automatic rate switching function improves work efficiency.
    • The operating noise is negligible; low speed is noiseless.
    • Two dial indicators are used for displacement monitoring; the touch screen synchronously displays the displacement and allows for related operations on the dial indicators.
    • Multiple force sensors can be configured according to user needs. Maximum support for 5 types of force sensor parameter settings and calibration.
    • The appearance has been boldly innovated to meet ergonomic design, using 7 inch touch screen as the human-machine interface, simple operation, convenient setting. Combined with mechanical buttons - to simplify the cumbersome test steps as much as possible.
